1. TEZride is a technology platform

TEZrideis an online marketplace that connects users requesting ambulance transport with independent, third-party ambulance fleet owners (“Providers”) listed on the Platform. TEZride does not own, operate, or employ any ambulance, driver, paramedic, or medical professional. All Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, vehicle maintenance, staff training, and service quality.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The patient-condition categories (e.g. “critical”, “ICU transfer”, “trauma”) are used to help you select an appropriately equipped vehicle; they are not a medical assessment. If you are unsure of a patient's condition, consult a qualified medical professional or contact a government emergency service.

3. No guarantee of availability or response time

TEZride dispatches the nearest available Provider with the equipment you select. Actual arrival time depends on traffic, weather, Provider availability, and distance — none of which TEZride controls. We do not guarantee any specific response time. During peak demand or outside our coverage cities, no vehicle may be available.

4. Service quality and ride outcomes

The actual ambulance service, including vehicle condition, driver conduct, equipment operation, and any medical care provided during transport, is the sole responsibility of the Provider that accepts your booking. TEZride is not a party to that transport service. TEZride does not warrant medical outcomes, vehicle condition, cleanliness, or driver behaviour.

If a Provider fails to meet platform standards, please report it so we can review and take corrective action — but TEZride cannot be held liable for the Provider's actions or omissions.

5. Pricing

Fares shown on the Platform are set by the Provider within TEZride's enforced caps. The fare you see at booking is what you pay — directly to the Provider. TEZride does not currently process ride payments, and is not a party to the payment transaction between you and the Provider.

6. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEZride, its employees, contractors, and founders are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, delay, loss, or consequential harm arising from or related to the ambulance service you book through the Platform. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it. See the Terms of Service for full limitation-of-liability provisions.

7. External information

Maps, place names, and hospital lists on the Platform are provided by third-party sources (OpenStreetMap, Photon by Komoot) and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm the pickup and drop address with the driver.

8. Coverage

TEZride currently operates in selected Indian cities. Coverage and availability can change without notice. The Platform may refuse or fail to confirm a booking in areas or at times where no Provider is available.
